​KapaStudent/kot4students Gent is a nice and brand new student accommodation with 14 spacious rooms for 16 students

near KAHO Sint-Lievens Gent and University Architecture Sint-Lucas Gent.

 

The building is completely new and was opened with a high degree of finish in July 2013.

Almost every student has its own bathroom: toilet, sink, shower ...
Centrally located is the cozy communal kitchen with all comfort.
(including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 hobs, hood, pots, pans, plates, glasses, ...)

 

Two rooms are equipped to stay two students (17/14 and 17/24).
Two rooms (19/31 and 19/32) on the upper floor have a shared bathroom (The toilet is separate, with shower ... perfect for family, friends, ...).

The rooms at the back overlook the courtyard. There is a spacious and enclosed bicycle storage,
All safety devices are in accordance with the requirements (fire prevention, fire extinguishers, security, ...)
 

Our conditions:

* The rental period is 12 months.(For Erasmus students min5 months)
* Rent for short periods only on special request and subject to availability, priority to long-term leases.
* The rent does not include consumption of electricity, heating, water and Internet, that cost to be paid depending on
   consumption, also the processing of sorted waste. Per room, individual (calorie) meters are installed.
   A deposit of € 50.00 per month charged  (or 75,00 for room 17/14 and 17/24).
   The statement shall be made ​​annually or at the end of the contract. (Not for Erasmus)
* The costs for the use of the common parts are included.
* TV connections (on demand) are calculated separately.

* Other provisions under contract (including a deposit of 2 months).
